We believe that true change begins when you have a secure base – a steady, reliable foundation from which to explore challenges, understand yourself, and navigate your path forward. Our mission is to help you build that internal anchor, empowering you with the tools and insights to weather storms and thrive.

Meet the Founder: Collin Hill, LCSW/CEO

Collin was born and raised here in Oxford, MS. He graduated from Ole Miss in the criminal justice field and obtained his Masters of Social Work through LSU. Collin is a licensed yoga instructor and certified in Trauma-Informed yoga. When not working, he enjoys riding his horse, playing with his dogs, traveling to new places, practicing and growing his yoga skills, swimming, and hiking.
