I was born and raised here in Oxford, MS. I graduated from Ole Miss in the criminal justice field and obtained my Master’s of Social Work through L.S.U. I am a licensed yoga instructor and certified in Trauma-Informed yoga. I feel as though I’ve been called to help others from a very young age, and I am passionate about doing so. When not working, I enjoy riding my horse, playing with my dogs, traveling to new places, practicing and growing my yoga skills, swimming, and hiking.
