I’m an Ole Miss graduate with a master’s degree in social work. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to better understand themselves and recognize their importance in the world. My goal is to help clients explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop healthy, sustainable ways to live a more balanced life.

 

I’m proud to be part of the Oxford community and value the importance of connection, support, and shared responsibility. While I believe strongly in “it takes a village,” I also emphasize building independence, self-awareness, and confidence so clients feel empowered in their daily lives.
